As a current student, age 18 and over, who currently smokes cigarettes, you are being asked to join a research study. The purpose of this study is to determine if a web-based culturally-tailored quit smoking program is effective at helping tribal college students quit smoking. If you decide to participate, you will be randomly assigned (like flipping a coin) to one of two Internet-based programs or arms. One arm is the culturally-tailored, quit smoking program (Internet-All Nations Breath of Life or I-ANBL) and the other arm is a culturally-tailored, heart healthy diet program (Internet-Fruits and Vegetables or I-FV).
All participants (in either program) will have the opportunity to receive quit smoking medications or nicotine replacement therapy. Each program lasts 12 weeks and includes a six month follow-up survey. All participants will receive gift cards at three timepoints throughout the program: (1) the first in-person session,( 2) week 12 (the end of the program) and (3) week 26 (the 6 month follow-up). Participants will receive added incentives throughout the program to help them be successful.

Notice that the theme is different for this page because we've added a few data-theme
swatch assigments here to show off how flexible it is. You can add any content or widget to these pages, but we're keeping these simple.
